FIRST YEAR (2012)

The Festival was highly successful thanks to the media, promotional activities and billboards and posters. The audience included people from abroad, Fethiye, and major cities such as Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya and Mersin. Over five thousand people attended the festival, displaying an interest far beyond expectations. This encouraged the Festival Committee to plan the festival as a yearly event.

SECOND YEAR (2013)

The Committee, motivated by the success of the previous year, aimed at greater targets and invited Fazıl Say to the festival. Roughly eight thousand music-lovers attended Fazıl Say’s recital. Around fifteen thousand people attended the performances organised throughout the festival.

THIRD YEAR (2014)

Encouraged by the success of the previous year, the Organisation Committee added a national cello competition in the name of Benyamin Sönmez to the festival. The finalist in the competition was Poyraz Baltacıgil.

During our third year we had a huge amount of support from our people and sponsors, as well as world-renowned musicians, especially Prof. Natalia Gutman. As a result the attendance to the festival was even greater than previous years. Sunset concerts were organized at various locations in Fethiye. The sunset concert held at Babadağ, one of the world-renowned paragliding centres, was featured in the media.

FOURTH YEAR (2015)

The festival had become a traditional activity. It was attended by more than five thousand locals and foreigners. The festival activities reached beyond Fethiye with live radio broadcasts.

FIFTH YEAR (2016)

Throughout the four days of the festival, there was a great interest in our evening concerts. We were very happy to play host to music lovers from abroad as well as from various parts of our country. Sunset concerts were organised at hotels providing accommodation for the festival. This enabled us to reach out to holidaymakers visiting Fethiye as well as local people. The Göcek D-Marin concerts were highly successful. The sunset concert at Babadağ appeared in the local and national media.
